Gary Hart, President & Chief Executive Officer

Gary Hart began his career with Infinisource as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Seminars in 1991, where he immediately distinguished himself as a talented and knowledgeable speaker. As a nationally recognized authority on COBRA compliance, Hart has appeared in several national publications, and conducted hundreds of seminars and guest speaking engagements.

Under Hart’s direction, Infinisource immediately began to grow from an average of 50 to 60 seminars per year to over 200. The client base also grew from approximately 300 to well over 15,000.

By June 2000, Hart was named President and CEO. Since that time, Hart has been the guiding force in several bold changes at Infinisource. Originally known as COBRA Compliance Systems, Hart spearheaded the corporate name change to Infinisource in order to unify the growing list of services as Infinisource continues to meet and exceed the needs of its customers.

Hart attributes any successes at Infinisource directly to the employees. Every member of the Infinisource team has embraced his philosophies concerning corporate culture and the company credo. He sees every employee as an integral member of the team, and every part of the company as being equally important.

Hart received his BS from MacMurray College in 1974, majoring in Political Science and Pre-law.

Jessika Cole, Vice President of Operations

Jessika Cole started with Infinisource in 1991 as a data entry clerk, and within a very short time rose to the position of Department Trainer. By 1994, Cole was promoted to Operations Manager, and by 2002 she was named VP of Operations. Her primary role is overseeing the integration of Account Implementation Specialists, Customer Response, and Operations. Her teams handle COBRA, Flexible Spending Accounts and Premium Billing Accounts, Health Reimbursement Arrangements and Health Savings Accounts.

As a nationally recognized authority on COBRA compliance, Cole has been called on to testify in federal court and before the Treasury Department. She routinely manages operational and service logistics for over 15,000 US employers, carriers, HMOs and TPAs. Cole played a crucial role in the developing, testing, and implementation of COBRA Enterprise, the state of the art proprietary software that will continue to take Infinisource and its clients into the future.

Cole credits the accomplishments of Infinisource over the years to the employees. Her passion has always been to help others develop to their full potential. Her success is evident in the quality of Customer Service and client satisfaction at Infinisource, which is second-to-none. According to Cole, some companies offer either expertise or customer service, but nobody marries the two like Infinisource.

Cole studied at Hillsdale College in Michigan. She is proud to serve on the Advisory Board of the Branch Area Career Center for Business Service Technology, and takes an active role in working with the development of future business leaders.

Rich Glass, Chief Compliance Officer

Rich Glass is Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) for Infinisource. He is a licensed attorney with over 14 years of legal expertise and is knowledgeable and proficient in ERISA/benefits and employment law and Human Resources and compensation.

As CCO, Glass ensures compliance of all services and products provided by Infinisource. This includes staying abreast of all legislative, regulatory and judicial developments directly relating to COBRA benefits administration. Glass has written numerous articles for Infinisource’s News and Review as well as other outside publications. He is a frequent seminar and webinar speaker, including the Houston HR Symposium.

Glass has testified before the IRS, and has provided comments on regulations issued by several governmental authorities. He is a published author and authority on benefits and employment law and compliance issues.

Glass sees Infinisource responding to an increasingly consumer-driven market by offering reliable, innovative solutions and products like HSAs and HRAs. He shares the Infinisource vision of levying customer service excellence and expanding the IT platform.

Glass received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston in 1992, and a BS in Broadcast Journalism from Texas Christian University. He is licensed to practice law in Texas, has a Senior Professional in Human Resources certification, and is a former Board Member of HR Houston.

Don Michael, Chief Information Officer

I'm proud of our Technology Team and the excellent products and services that we provide to our Customers. "


Don Michael serves as Chief Information Officer for Infinisource. His responsibilities span Infinisource's Enterprise information systems and technology infrastructure. Before becoming CIO in November 2003, Michael was the principal architect of Infinisource's COBRA Enterprise System and led the software development and testing teams. In this role, he had responsibility for the design, coding, deployment and support of the Enterprise System.

Michael has over 20 years of experience creating robust enterprise systems for the insurance, banking, manufacturing and employee benefits industries. Michael has worked with Infinisource since 1990, when he developed the first COBRA software system. He has provided leadership, vision and delivered strategic IT solutions to the areas of sales, operations, finance and human resources that have helped establish Infinisource as the leader in COBRA compliance, HIPAA and HR benefits solutions.

Michael graduated from Michigan State University with a PhD and Purdue University with a BS. Michael also holds several professional certifications from the University of Washington.

Mark Pfefferkorn, Chief Financial Officer


"I see Infinisource continuing to be in a growth pattern, thereby allowing us to provide more products and services, that will integrate with our current offerings, and make a cohesive fit for our clients, brokers, and future clients as well."


Mark Pfefferkorn is the Chief Financial Officer at Infinisource, and has been a member of the Executive Team since 2002. For over 20 years, he has worked in the health care and insurance industry with companies such as Price WaterhouseCoopers and Lincoln National Corporation. He has held executive positions in both the public and private sector of the insurance industry with expertise in corporate finance, acquisitions and operational management.

In addition to monitoring the investment strategies and financial growth and development at Infinisource, he is a key player in developing a full suite of benefits related services and products. He is an integral part of acquiring new products and services for Infinisource and his operational and financial expertise in the insurance and health care industry is critical to the future growth of Infinisource.

Not just a bottom line executive, Pfefferkorn relies greatly on the Infinisource culture, mission statement and credo. Although his past endeavors have been highly successful, Mark is most proud of being part of an executive team that is very proactive and entrepreneurial. "Infinisource has the ability to take a difficult task and subject matter such as government compliance, and effectively provide the best possible service to our clients across the country."

Pfefferkorn graduated from Indiana University in 1982 with a Business Degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Ginna Rice, Vice President Human Resources


"When all is said and done, everything comes back to people. I believe that if we take care of our people, they will take care of their people, the customer."


Ginna Rice has worked in the field of Human Resources for over twenty years, and she has been with Infinisource since 1998. She is responsible for recruiting, training, and developing the people that make Infinisource a success. Rice is known for her belief that people are the number one asset, and the critical link in supporting the customer professionally. She is a highly respected motivator, and champion of change, offering a rare blend of creative, technical, and operational strengths.

Rice is also a skillful team leader and innovator. She is responsible for developing the corporate training facility known as Infinisource U, a cutting edge developmental program that immediately begins to teach the complexities of what Infinisource does. New employees are provided with the best training available, the majority developed specifically by Rice and her team. She promotes professional development at all levels, is dedicated to helping people reach their highest potential, and believes that the secret to success is to always be on the cutting edge.

As head of the Human Resources Department, Rice also has the distinction of testing every product and service offered by Infinisource. She is an expert in the field of Benefits Administration, and a crucial link in perfecting new products and services.

Rice graduated from Hillsdale College Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Communications in 1990. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources, a Certified Compensation Professional, a Certified Benefits Professional, and member of SHRM (Society of Human Resource Management) and World at Work.

Cindy Tamke, Vice President Sales and Marketing

Cindy Tamke is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She has over 20 years of experience in Fortune 500 companies managing regional and national projects. Known throughout the health care and biotech industry for her ability to create highly effective and successful teams, she is a decidedly skilled organizer that constantly focuses on shaping and encouraging employee growth.

Tamke has worked in key positions for companies such as Monsanto, Tambrands, Bristol Meyer-Squibb, and Scott Health Care. She has distinguished herself as a team leader and motivator in every company she has worked for. While working with Scott Health Care, she successfully established a sales record that was three times beyond the initial goal in only nine months, holding the distinction of heading the most successful expansion in the company’s history.

Her guiding philosophy for sales is building long-term relationships. Although her list of accomplishments and achievements is extensive, she takes great pride in her ability to develop people and teams. Tamke’s plans are to take Infinisource to the next level by combining dynamic sales and marketing campaigns with the multi-faceted talents of her team and peers.

Tamke received her BA from the University of California, Berkeley, and her MBA from Saint Mary’s College in California. She is a certified Professional Selling Skills Trainer and holds the prestigious Certified Socratic Selling Skills title.
