of their payroll service to Infinisource Payroll to emphasize their reputation as an industry benefits and HR services
leader. The name change also alleviates any confusion with other providers that use the Priority Pay name.

Infinisource Adds National Account Manager

COLDWATER, MI -- Infinisource, Inc., a nationally recognized expert in compliance and
benefit solutions, announces the addition of Dave Burnham to its team of accomplished
professionals.
In his new role as National Accounts Manager, Burnham will enhance the Infinisource
sales presence by developing strategic partnerships with large employers. He will
provide Infinisource benefit solutions to Third Party Administrators (TPAs), Professional
Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Insurance Carriers.
Burnham came to Infinisource with more than 30 years of sales and service experience
in the insurance industry. He began his career in 1978 by joining his brothers in the
development of Burnham Insurance Group, which was sold to Hub International in
2001. Hub is an insurance brokerage that provides a broad array of property and
casualty, reinsurance, life and health, employee benefits, investment and risk
management products and services. Burnham has a strong background in sales and
customer relations. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan.

Infinisource Helps Employees Manage Financial Stress

Coldwater, Michigan ~ Pick up any paper or listen to any radio or television
broadcast and the turmoil in the country’s financial markets is evident. Many
people are worried about their 401k, and the everyday concerns that a prolonged
economic downturn creates. When employees are hurting, productivity suffers,
too. In a difficult economy, it is imperative that employers be at the top of their
game. Infinisource recognized this need and proactively addressed the harmful
effects of financial stress in their workforce by offering a program called Financial
Peace University. This comprehensive course, developed by Dave Ramsey,
covers financial planning, budgeting, credit and debt management and related
issues.
Ginna Rupp, Vice President Human Resources for Infinisource, recognized the
economic situation and sought out a solution for employees. She became a
certified Financial Peace University facilitator. "I was very impressed with the
process and the potential for results for our employees," stated Rupp. "We
recognize that debt can adversely affect productivity, as well as, the personal
lives of our employees. We feel that this is one more benefit we can offer to our
employees as part of our holistic approach to employee benefits."
Financial Peace University was made available to all Infinisource employees.
The results were more than expected. Over 40% of those employees offered the
opportunity, completed the 12 week program. Infinisource felt very strongly that
this commitment could make a huge difference to employees, their families and
ultimately, company productivity. Rupp went on to say, "We were so convinced
of the benefits of this program that we offered to reimburse 100% of the program
fee for each employee that completed the entire program. I am pleased to say
that 97% received that reimbursement, representing a total success for all."
Infinisource has plans to repeat the Financial Peace University program and
modify it for those employees who work offsite.
Infinisource Acquires Priority Pay

Infinisource, Inc., a nationally recognized expert in compliance and benefit solutions, has announced the acquisition of Priority Pay of Laguna Hills, CA, a real time Internet payroll processing company.
Priority Pay, powered by Infinisource, offers employers a secure, internet-based payroll solution utilizing an “Application Service Provider” (ASP) service model which frees employers from installing and supporting payroll software. Access to the Priority Pay system is protected using state-of-the-art security and privacy technology. Employers receive a private Priority Pay Vault TM and secure Smart Browser through which all aspects of payroll processing can be managed online.
Priority Pay, founded by Anwar Elmarhek in 1998, pioneered and developed the technology to securely authenticate, transmit and manage all payroll functions through the Internet. Employers can easily process payroll without worrying about managing software, servers, upgrades or data backups. In addition, Priority Pay offers tax reporting services for a variety of jurisdictions.

Infinisource Staff Become Certified in Flex and COBRA

Learning your ABCs in elementary school is much easier than learning the ABCs of
benefit compliance. Infinisource, Inc. goes beyond the ABCs in training our staff
and is pleased to announce several staff members have become certified Flexible
Compensation and COBRA experts.
Marisha Taylor recently earned the designation of Certified in Flexible Compensation
from the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC). An ECFC certification
is generally recognized as the most prestigious certification available for practitioners
in flexible compensation.
To achieve the CFC designation, Taylor underwent a rigorous examination covering
plan design and administration, the law, regulations and ethical standards.
The examination covered flexible benefit programs, including flexible spending accounts,
child and elder care reimbursement accounts, 401(k) and other defined contribution
plans and other innovative forms of compensation and benefits.
Connie Gilchrest, Research Specialist, recently completed the requirements for ECFC’s
CFC Instructor designation. She previously earned the CFC designation.
Gilchrest was awarded this certification after many years of work and research in
the area of flexible benefits. This honor is presented to those with longtime experience
who will, in turn, serve as an instructor for others who wish to pursue the certification.
Gilchrest utilizes these skills to further train internal staff, help educate clients
and brokers and ensure that Infinisource’s services are in compliance.
Only 250 professionals have received the CFC designation and only 150 have received
the CFCI of the more than 13,000 people who work in flexible compensation.
Changing rules, regulations and court cases have made COBRA compliance extremely
challenging. Once employers make the decision to turn COBRA administration over
to Infinisource, they put that task in the hands of COBRA compliance and administration
experts.
Recently, 43 Infinisource staff members passed a rigorous and comprehensive exam

Infinisource Continues National Expansion

COLDWATER, MI -- Infinisource, Inc., a nationally recognized expert in compliance
and benefit solutions, announces the addition of four new Regional Sales Managers
to its team of talented professionals.
David Heupel of Nine Mile Falls, WA, will provide benefit solutions to agents and
clients in the Oregon, Idaho and Washington areas. Heupel brings more than 14 years
of experience to this position, from company representative, sales manager and instructor
to agency owner.
Trish Schipke of Orlando, FL, will be assisting clients and agents in Florida with
practical, yet innovative, benefit solutions designed to ease employer’s benefits
administration. Schipke comes to Infinisource with more than 16 years of sales and
service experience in the insurance industry. A licensed insurance agent, she has
served as a broker manager for several well-known and successful general agencies
throughout Florida.
Maureen Lascelles of Litchfield, NH, has over 10 years of success in the long-term
care benefits industry and will have a strong presence in the New England area.
She will supply employers with Infinsource’s dynamic benefit solutions. She is a
graduate of Southern New Hampshire University and an active member of the National
Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and past Assistant District
